My wife liked all of my surgical updates she recv'd step by step through my surgery.

I am impressed when the doctor takes the time to apply a bandage. I know that someone else could have come in to do that. I really like my doctor. I like all the staff! They treat me like a VIP and that is why I don't want to go anywhere else.

Ever since I've been coming to the orthopedic center for followup visits, all aspects of my experience have been the best. From imaging to cast removal/replacement to working with the nurses and physician assistants, I've been favorably impressed. And Dr. Kraus listens and responds -- my top criterion for respecting any doctor. Plus, he did a great job with my surgery! I'm almost sorry my followup is finished.
