For my appointment I accidently went to the wrong facility for the appointment. The doctor and staff worked me in to still see me. I have 2 separate problems that need surgery in a timely manner so it was very important I be seen. They never made me feel bad either, in fact the doctor was apologetic for me having to wait a bit when they worked me in. I was so appreciative and so impressed with the empathetic way I was treated.

From the time of my accident in May until now, Dr. Kraus and his team have taken excellent care of me.

Dr Kraus listened to my description of issues and gave treatment options.

I wasn't able to schedule appointment online withthe provider. It had to be done in person or by phone. It would be helpful and easier to be able to schedule online. The expertise and knowledge of the provider is apparent in his explanations and is very much appreciated.

Dr Kraus was very informative. I was taken 40 minutes early!!

Dr Kraus was 1st physician who really listened to my concerns

Dr. Krause, the nursing staff and front desk were all courteous and professional. The appointment was on time and all our questions were answered about my brother's suspected achilllese tear and the treatment needed (boot for 6-8 weeks) and potential this condition could worsen.

Everyone was very courteous and respectful.

Dr. Kraus and his entire staff are wonderful. Would recommend to anyone in need of treatment for a foot or ankle injury.

Dr. Krause took time to listen to my concerns and explained the sugery procedure and post op procedure well and answered my questions.

Dr. Kraus and his staff are great. They listen to my concerns and are very thorough. Dr. Kraus takes the time to address concerns and answer questions. The only drawback is the availability of appointments to see him if needed quickly.
