I liked that he used laymens turms with me so that I could understand what he was saying to me and not wondering what it all ment. He was very down to earth and explained everything to where I could understand it. I had no need to ask questions he answered them all when he was explaining my eye condition and what could of caused the inflamation and other causes as well. He is being causious and wants to see me one more time just in case he missed something the first appointment. I like that he wants to make sure he did not miss anything.

Love coming to Dr Kim's office. I'm always confident in the care I receive.

Fro my eye sections, most of the procedure is preparation, done by subordinates. Most of my answers apply to them. Their personalities vary, an all do their job. Dr. Kim is pleasant. He jabs quickly, minimizing the pain. Often, I don't actually see him; occasionally I'll get a chance to talk briefly with him.

The care I received from Dr. Kim was better than the care I received from any other provider I have used in the past.

My situation was kind of an emergency. I got in within a couple hours of making my first call, and spent a good part of the afternoon working through sign in, diagnosis, and treatment, all before I went home.

We greatly appreciated the care, patience and tenderness my 88 yr old father received during our first visit with Dr Kim and his staff. All were well practiced and efficient in handling our situation. Dr Kim was clearly knowledgable in helping us navigate through the new diagnosis of AMD (new to us).

Everything was on time. I like that.

Dr Joon Bom Kim is an amazing professional, who has exceeded my personal expectations and found effective treatment for what has become a lifelong medical condition. This last visit with Dr. Kim was an astoundingly informative event and sadly I may have a new diagnosis but Dr. Kim explained this with his empathic professional manner. I am a registered nurse and work with doctors and other professionals on a daily basis, and I find Dr Kim to be among the best doctors in the Milwaukee area, and am eternally grateful for the degree at which we have broken down the details of a condition, and offered intelligent, Treatment regimens and options.
