I was a new patient today and my appointment was toward the end of the day. I understand everyone has a long day but I just felt like my doctor thought I was annoying or got impatient with me. At the end he did show some compassion but trust me I can relate to feeling like that. I'll be coming back because I know it was just a fluke.. I just want my doctor to make me feel like they like me/that I'm welcome to ask my questions about my conditions.

I have been with Dr. Herzog for roughly 3 months. I chose him because he really seemed to take his time to get to know me as a person and be just made me feel really comfortable. He is amazing with explaining everything to me step by step and asking if I had any questions. Also he is great at explaining step by step what he is doing and making sure that I was comfortable. Not only did he care about my well-being but also the well-being of my wife. As he performed the procedure on me he stoped for a second and noticed that my wife got pale and looked like she was about to pass out so he asked if she was okay and really showed that he cared. The procedure overall was not as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Herzog did amazing taking care of me and assured me that I would be fine. I appreciate him so much
