About

I grew up in Wisconsin and met my wife in undergraduate school. We moved to Chicago for her graduate schooling. The latter half of medical school we were in New York City and subsequently did residency in Internal Medicine in New Jersey. Given that we have a young, growing family we moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, reading, and following MLB.

First time visit. Had a great experience. Front desk was pleasant. The nurse and Dr. Hylander were very dry attentive and easy to talk to and get along with.

My appointment finished and I left without fully discussing the plan or possible diagnosis for my foot pain. I appreciate the referral but would've appreciated more of a discussion.

Dr Hylander is fantastic. He takes time explaining all my concerns, asks me great questions and I never feel rushed

Dr Hylander is excellent

Dr Hylander is an outstanding provider. He is knowledgeable, friendly, concerned, and does not rush the exam. His explanations are concise and easy to understand. We have told family and friends how pleased we are to have him as our primary doc.
