I believe it is important for the health care provider and patient to be a cohesive team so that the best decisions about care can be made together.

I appreciated how they took my problem seriously and really listened to me. Dr Biller was also knowledgeable of my non pulmonary diagnosis
Dr Biller is an excellent pulmonologist and a nice person too. She takes time with me. My situation isn't exactly normal. But she's able to find treatment that works.
Dr.Biller always patience and understanding of her patients concerns. Listens to understand and very thorough in her explanations / feedback.
Everything went very well, I was completely satisfied.
I have the highest regard for Froedert. From the start of setting an appointment to seeing the Dr. Every step was very easy. Dr Biller's nurse was very kind and Dr Biller was wonderful. She listened!!
Very professional and excellent follow through!!
Dr . Biller is an expert Pulmonoligist. She's a very caring person. She's helped me with my lung condition. Her fellow was very good also. Her assistant was good and caring.
Dr. Biller is a godsend! She thought outside the box when considering my mom's symptoms and referred us to a rheumatologist for her pain even though that's not what she what she was seeing her for. Turns out my mom has been diagnosed with Lupus. She is doing much better. To think this has been going on for year's and everyone was treating her symptoms with other treatments that gave her no relief!
Dr. Biller had great communication with my dad and I. Her suggestions were wonderful as well as the explanations of why she was ordering the tests she did. As well as why we might wait a little bit with other options at this time. Great experience overall!
I walked out with a smile on my face and all my questions answered. They showed extreme patience explaining the type of treatments that would help me. The whole staff was cheerful and very supportive. I would highly recommend Dr. BIller and her staff. They were awesome.
