Karen Fickel is an exquisite physician. She listens carefully, does her homework, works well with her staff to coordinate care, and is kind and caring. She explains things clearly and is direct and honest. and she delivers challenging messages gently. She is patient with resistance. She attends to the concerns of the patient, although always in the context of good medicine.
Both the nurse and MD were friendly, professional and showed interest and concern about my questions.
I am very impressed with Dr Finkle. During my visit she told me how she reviewed my chart the night before to catch up on me. That made me feel like I was not just another patient on the assembly line. Dr Finkle took the time to listen and ask questions. Sending me the different specialist that are needed.
