I am a firm believer in promoting health and preventing disease. Almost all conditions seen in primary care can be prevented and treated through lifestyle changes. Hippocrates is accredited with the adage "Let food by thy medicine and medicine be thy food". I take special interest in the role of nutrition in health. About

I was born in Canada and moved to Wisconsin as a child. I returned to Canada to complete my undergraduate degree and completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin- School of Medicine and Public Health. I then completed residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the Fox Valley. I live in Sheboygan with my husband and four children. I am an avid gardener.

I am saddened that Dr. Krystowiak is leaving Sheboygan. Over the last 9 years she has been a fantastic physician to work with. She is a loss to the community.
Always professional and caring
The Dr that we have is excellent we are so sad that we will be losing her to another area that she is moving into but I know that her new patients will be getting an excellent Dr and individual that we will sadly miss
Dr. Krystowiak is a wonderful caring doctor. I'm sad that she is leaving but I know who she has recommended me to see will be a good fit. Wishing her and her family all the best in their new adventure. She will be dearly missed.

Dr. K is THE BEST!
I was a new patient to the clinic and to Dr Krystowiak. Everyone was very friendly, and the nurse that started my appointment was informative and kind. I was most impressed with the Dr. She was amazing! She was to the point but took time to really listen. She gave me a lot of great information pretty quickly but slowed when I had questions. And lastly she preformed a thorough annual exam. I am very happy with my new Dr and the clinic staff.
