About

I completed my medical education at Michigan State University and completed the Yale Primary Care Residency Program after which I stayed to serve as Chief Resident (2023-2024). My interests include trainee education, Point of Care Ultrasound and Physician Coaching. I look forward to joining the team at MCW and Froedtert Hospital.

Very good
Dr. Copeland was excellent! I have left several PCP's recently because they did not engage or seem thorough. I think Dr. Copeland is a keeper! She listened and ordered appropriate testing to my concerns. She followed up on the results in a timely manner with a good plan of care. So impressed by her skills and compassion!
Dr. Copeland takes her time and does not rush in and out. But listens to what I have to say and we have a discussion of the options available to me

I felt listened to, and my symptoms were not disregarded for the first time in years! I was almost in tears when I left because of how amazing it was to have someone actually listen to the issues I am having and not just dismiss them! I just left the Prohealth system because I was feeling like a 15 minute time slot and the most care I got for many years was a BP check, my meds renewed, the obligatory blood tests and sent on my way. I felt so invisible. But at Froedtert, everyone I interacted with, especially my physician, treated me like a real, live person.
I was visiting with her to establish care and I am actually excited about this new relationship. She was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and treated me like an adult who knew my body and was interested in working as a team.
