I believe that my role as a physician is to be a part of the team that includes the patient, and possibly other family members if desired, to review all the information that is pertinent to the medical situation and then to help them make decisions regarding further evaluation and management. I truly feel it is an honor to be a physician and be in a position to help others maintain good health as long as possible, and also to help them through the difficult medical situations that may arise.

No problems--doctor running late, but that was expressed by assistant
I felt totally listened to and respected. I got to ask questions and my questions were answered. Dr Sawasky and staff showed concern and respect. Wish all medical visits were half this good. Thank you.

Dr Sawasky is great at explaining what she is doing and why my mother is experiencing particular symptoms. We were very happy to have a medical student joining her. We appreciate having the opportunity to play a role in educating the next generation of doctors.
Dr. Sawasky listens very well and discusses issues clearly and asks pertinent questions. She is by far the kindest and most caring MD I have ever had and delighted she has returned to practice.
