I shared with Dr Hoppe a recent diagnosis and concerns. She looked at those test results and reassured me that the Dr took the appropriate steps. I left feeling so much better. She really listened and helped. Of course her treatment was wonderful as always.

I feel this Time Dr Hoppe was very rushed with us after waiting for over a half hour and she was rather brash with us. Very first time. We been seeing her for over 3 years and it was just very surprising and very disappointing about te whole visit.

I woke up with a terrible ear infection and Dr. Hoppe and her staff accommodated my needs and got me in for a visit the same day. She called in a prescription and I was able to keep my travel plans. I appreciate you and your staff for taking such good care of me. Thank you.

She was very sympathetic to how upset I am about the status of my situation. She was very kind and very thorough of explaining everything!

Dr. Hoppe is very passionate about caring for her patients and explains everything. I did not feel rushed.

The 2 times before I saw dr Hoppe was totally fine and normal. The previous time, I got a lecture about my visit and was not happy about it. I like to give people a second chance so I came back for an appointment for an ear infection and she behaved like an ENT doctor.Everybody can have a day off, this is why I gave her a second chance. I need to know what will happen on my next visit I guess I will figure it out during my next appointment. The nurses bringing me over to the room were fine.

I've never had a problem with the staff, doctor or scheduling appointments. They all make it comfortable when I'm their!

The doctor had a very dismissive, abrasive and arrogant attitude toward my input, suggestions and insight into my condition. She definitely has some personal issues she doesn't mask well, whether it be something about me that triggers her prejudice or a general distain for social interactions. Not to imply she needs to baby and pamper patients, but she may need a reminder that not every patient lacks medical comprehension and patients with rare medical conditions may have specific insights that aren't covered in generalized textbook criteria. I'm sure she deals with barely-coherent elderly people most of the time and that can be emotionally taxing, but being open to discussion can go a long way in optimizing medical treatment.

This was my first time there to see Dr. Hoppe, from the receptionist to the Nurse Practioner to Dr. Hoppe...everyone was very professional, friendly and caring.

No. Excellent physician.

I was told I couldn't be helped for something that I never asked for help with in the first place. She continued to veer off topic of why I was even being seen , no matter what I said. It was obvious she was irritated I was there and didn't take my complaint seriously until the very end after I strongly disagreed several times and started looking at the ground and crying she finally referred me.

Dr. Hoppe provided excellent care. She offered to answer any questions I had, and even answered questions slightly outside her specialty.

The Dr was very professional and communicative. I appreciated the opportunity to see a specialist.

Dr. Hoppe needs to work on her bedside manner. She did not listen carefully to my concerns and jumped to conclusions without caring about how I felt. She was knowledgeable but had her own opinions and didn't really listen to mine. She was actually condescending when I told her how I felt or questions that I had. I'm not sure I will come back to her again. I'll have to give it some thought.

Dr Hoppe is the best

I had very little wait time. The nurse was very kind when asking about my reason for being there. Dr. Koppe answered all of my questions.
