Katie Kettells earned her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2019. Prior to graduation she completed a year-long clinical externship with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Kettells has spent time as a clinical audiologist working with hearing aid and vestibular patients in private practice settings and she is excited to be back at MCW!

Dr. Kettells currently works with adult cochlear implant and Osseo integrated patients. She has a passion for working with individuals with significant hearing loss and helping them receive the most benefit from their devices.

I was there to get my hearing devices paired. Very pleased with the results and information given to me to make adjustments on my hearing devices using my iPhone.

Katie is an experienced professional who communicates clearly and asks questions to be sure I understand everything. She was thorough in updating my overall history, especially my diagnosis of ADHD. She encouraged me to mirror instructions in whatever manner I needed to ensure understanding. She checked and rechecked my equipment, pointing out issues I hadn't realized existed. She also ensured that my smart phone could support the bluetooth functionality in the upgraded equipment we're ordering. Best of all she offered a loaner for my left ear!! I'm thrilled to be working with her!
