I enjoyed my time with both of these amazing ladies.
Kayla was excellent and was very clear on the tests and the results as well as what I will expect when I see the ENT next week.
This was by far probably the best care I've ever had. My provider was very respectful, kind, patient and able to answer any questions that I had in a way that I could understand. I left my appointment feeling prepared and more knowledgeable about my "condition" and my options.
Kayla is always a pleasure to work with, and is very good at addressing concerns thoroughly.
Absolutely love Kayla
Kayla is an amazing doctor. Would recommend her for anyone who needs help with tinnitus and hearing concerns.
It was a wonderful, positive, caring experience that left me feeling hopeful and positive.
Finding a new family doctor 40 years after they retired was daunting. But so reassured and blessed with my choice in physician at froedert and sargent health.
Great customer service, well worth the cost of getting quality hearing aids
Kayla has been great to work with. She's my 3rd audiologist I've seen for my sudden hearing loss and she has been very proactive in my treatment. Kayla is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. She's also easy to get ahold of if I have any problems.
This was an awesome appointment, came here looking for answers concering my hearing that other Doctors were reluctant to tell. I was scheduled for an audiology exam while is was there and left with wat more answers than I had received at other hospital systems.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Thanks
Walked me through the ins and outs of my new hearing aids. Very courteous and professional. Checked dates for follow-up appts. I would say very helpful
Thoroughly enjoy and trust Kayla and her knowledge and expertise in the audiology department. She is a gem and true joy to work with!
Kayla was exceptional. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure to assure me about the anxiety of the problem. Very reassuring!
Great visit! Both the tech and the doctor were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the entire visit was helpful. They explained all of the tests and went in to detail about the results. I got some great strategies for dealing with tinnitus and am very happy I made the appointment.
Reception and Dr Kayla Sanders gave excellent care
