The information provided was very straightforward and presented in a way that made it easy to understand.
Dr Jacobsohn was great as was his staff. Cancer discussions are never easy and he took the time to explain everything in detail and was a tremendous help
Dr Jacobsohn, his resident, and the clinic are truly excellent- technically/medically and in terms of customer focus. Truly a A team. You should study how they do it.
Dr. Jacobson did an excellent job, I rate him as high as possible.
My assessment was that the doctor gave me an overview of the process but showed little concern for my doubts and fears. I received no literature on the surgical process or a business card. A pamphlet arrived on days later.
Thank you!
The appointment went very well
Dr. Jacobsson is very short on details. He ordered a MRI before my next appointment without explaining why this MRI would be different than the one I had earlier this year.
Packet of info given to me which was helpful.
Dr Jacobsohn has treated me, as always, in a professional yet friendly manner. I have a great deal of trust in his treatment of my condition.
Can't say enough about the care and concern from everyone there . Remarkable and wonderful people
I really appreciate Dr. Jacobsohn's ability to make everything understandable.
The only negative was that is is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Jacobsohn because he is so busy. He was a little late for my appointment, but it's clear that the reason was that he spends good quality time with his patients and he won't cut them off short if he runs out of time. Even though he was clearly running behind for my appointment, he did not rush at all and spent as much time as we needed.
The only thing I'd share is that while Dr Jacobsohn took my questions patiently and provided understandable answers, I had my wife with me as we begin to navigate this prostate cancer journey. She could have been seen differently. We felt like she was an extra. Answered but not super well acknowledged. He was clearly talking to "me" and it felt like she was an "extra". I know I'm not saying this well and I still came out with positive feelings about Dr. He did not, however, make it easy or welcoming for her to participate.
Simply, he is the best at what he does. I feel fortunate to be a patient of his.
All was great
I recommended him to a friend for the same procedure a couple years ago and it went well
