Outstanding doctor...Dr. Ken Jacobsohn, and facility...absolutely felt blessed with the level of care I received from this doctor and others at Froedtert Hospital. Exceptional experience...very satisfied. What a great facility.

I am very pleased with them. they are compassionate and they really care.

The visit to Dr. Jacobsohn was for a second opinion. I was very unsatisfied with my first urologist (not affiliated with Froedtert), but my wife and I were both very comfortable with Dr. Jacobsohn. He answered our questions and laid out a course of treatment that should get us the answers we are seeking. We are much more confident in him than we are with my previous doctor.

perhaps the best provider I've ever had. he listened to me, I felt confident in his surgical skills, and the staff from top to bottom where amazing.

He thoroughly understands my health issue and related concerns while providing appropriate treatment, follow up and counsel.

Dr. Jacobsohn came across as arrogant, cold, and judgmental in his discussion of treatment options.
Dec. 13, 2019
10, listened to my concerns and agreed I was making the right choice.

I wasn't told to get a PSA prior to my appointment. so I got that done after speaking with the nurse who was extremely helpful and professional. I never saw the doctor.

very professional treatment by entire staff

I spent eighty percent of my time with his resident staff and very brief time with my doctor. I felt a condescending attitude. I am not stupid but hard of hearing

Dr Jacobsohn is great to work with. I had excellent results from the surgery he performed. I have grown to really trust his expertise and knowledge. The staff is always very friendly.

My Doctor, Doctor Kenneth Jacobsohn is Amazing. I wish I had meet him much sooner.

Dr Jacobsohn knowledge is incredible. Talking about what to do with food moving forward was very insightful

He is an expert in his field who addressed all of my concerns. He is easy to talk to. He was able to successfully remove a cancerous mass from my left kidney.

Always informative and straight forward

I waited in the doctor's waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes. No one came in to tell me the doctor was running late. When the doctor came in he did not apologize for being late. He said nothing about it. He gave me a long dissertation on how I should be on a plant based diet, which I did not appreciate. I came to him on a referral from a friend with the same prostate issues I have, but I will not be returning to him no matter how good he is. I was told that they would be reviewing my MRI results from my previous doctor so that we could discuss my status, but this had not been completed. Overall, it was a very disappointing event and I would be very hard-pressed to ever want to return.
Nov. 16, 2019
he was concerned about my overall health, not just the issue being addressed.
Nov. 14, 2019
Everyone was kind, polite and respectful.

Dr. Did not contact us to explain why a prior authorization for a test was denied. Did not talk to us about whether to request peer to peer review or other option to ask for a reconsideration. We initiated a call to the doctor to discuss this, he had a nurse call us and the nurse couldn't answer our questions. We are still waiting for doctor to call us. When dealing with a cancer and next steps this was very disappointing.

maybe this was an anomaly, but my MRI results waited for about 3 weeks until I called to follow up with the doctors office, and even then, my messages were not responded to for over a week, requiring additional calls from me. staff very apologetic and set up appt with Dr. This was for MRI results for low grade prostrate cancer. further, MyChart information was incomplete regarding treatment plan, referring only to residents' notes that were not included in MyChart. A little weird and clearly not effective in meeting the sort of patient information needs that a MyChart is intended to provide. dr appointment was fine, I trust him to do the right thing, but my confidence in the system of care and information around him was not strengthened by this episode. hopefully an anomaly.

This was the first time I saw this provider. Was a very good experience.

Long wait time...30 minutes.
Oct. 10, 2019
this doctor did not explain things well, showed little interest in what we had to say about my treatment. Made remakes given my weight I would have a heart attack later in life. over all bedside manner was poor. Didn't seemed to be informed enough about my medical past or didn't care to really read my file.

Staff members were extremely efficient and my doctor gave me information that is changing my life for the best, I am very grateful.

I asked about a specific possible surgery but I do not feel that I received enough information about the risks. What I received instead was an alternative to surgery which would only be to put off the surgery and not provide for a cure.

Very good at listening to my concerns and ideas and identifying how to address my concerns in the treatment/action plan
