Dr. Presburg is a very caring physician. He listens carefully to what I have to say and doesn't rush me. He answers my questions in an easy to understand manner. He consistently washes or sanitizes his hands before he has contact with me. Dr. Presburg is very thorough with his assessments, review of medications, and his plan of care for me. Dr. Presburg's standard of care is one of the highest I have encountered. He is truly an asset for Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. It would be great if all your physicians were like Dr. Presburt.

Dr. Presberg was very thorough. Backed up decisions with data and made sure that all of my questions and my husband's questions were answered before leaving the room.

I felt that my concerns were not addressed by the doctor and he did not explain thoroughly/sufficiently the reason for medications.

I was called to fill in a cancellation appointment, then had to wait more than 30 minutes to see the doctor. This made me quite unhappy. Fortunately, I liked the doctor very well.

Dr. Presberg has always taken time to listen and thoroughly answer any questions I have. I understand that he is very busy, however, you would never know that by the way he acts from the moment he walks into the exam room. At this point I can continue my care here, back in the Green Bay area, however, I respect Dr. Presberg's expertise and never feel rushed during my visits so I plan to continue my care at Froedtert. You should be pleased to have Dr. Presberg representing Froedtert.

I had my doctor fill out an FMLA form for me. on it he listed obesity as a contributing factor to my asthma. it was the last thing he listed. yes, I am overweight, but this was a form going to my employer and I feel embarrassed. it was not necessary to put this on the form. I feel very frustrated with this.

March 26, 2019
I've got to many health problems for one provider thus I never get all the answers to my questions. I.e., pulmonary hypertension, AD FIB, cancer of liver and sleep apnea (CPAP).
March 21, 2019
After tests or lab work, I have to call the provider for the results. They should be calling me or sending a follow up letter. It took several weeks to get results each time. If I don't contact them, I don't get the results. Follow up office visits run 2 to 3 hrs each time. Most of that is waiting for the nurse or doctor to come into the room to see me. Add labs to the visit & I've spent half a day at the doctor's office. That's too long a time frame.

Dr Presburg spent a long time with me, evaluating my condition and offering guidance. While I'm still a work in progress, I feel better prepared to deal with my illness.
