Staff friendly, personable. Smiling Very clean and professional appearance. Neat and clean atmosphere. Doctor Chaney is always very engaged in our conversations and makes sure I understand the situation at hand. Dr Chaney Is one of my favorite physicians. She is fun and personable and I really appreciate how she speaks and connects with her patients. She shows her individual concern. Dr. Cheney always shows she cares and takes a personal interest in one's well-being. I would give Dr. Cheney five stars.

As usual, Dr. Chaney shared my concern with a new lesion that had cropped up since my last visit, and did an examination and a biopsy. My concerns with what it might be have proved to be valid by the results of the biopsy, which came back in 3 days. Dr. Chaney's accessibility, attention, and concern are things I greatly appreciate, and why I continue to see her for regular checkups even when I'm not aware of anything new.

The wait time was long but I am glad they don't rush through appointments so was ok with waiting. It took a year to get an appointment, so it would be great to have more providers. I am happy to be working with Dr. Chaney.
