The doctor Kirk Ludwig was very attentive, competent, and patient. Thanks to him.
I appreciated Dr. Ludwig taking time to explain all options and procedures available to me, and made sure I understood everything.
Dr. Ludwig has always explained everything really well and is willing to listen to all your concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is going through rectal cancer.
Everyone was polite and courteous and the doctor was very helpful in addressing my issues

Dr Ludwig explained my issue very thoroughly. I was happy that I went to him for my problem.
Was very good
Dr. Ludwig is THE BEST ! He is very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. His staff is also wonderful.
After a scary diagnosis of colon cancer, this was a very comforting experience. Things were thoroughly explained and I was given time to ask questions.
Dr. Ludwig is an amazing doctor. He gave me hope when I had none.
My appointment had caused a great deal of anxiety for me. At the appointment, I did feel like I was treated with respect. I prefer my care providers to be up front with me, and explain things thoroughly, which Dr Ludwig did. The PA that was present was also very kind, and answered a follow-up question of mine regarding potential treatment (recommending a revisit if things improve). I appreciated their time, kindness, and patience with me.
I think that Froedtert Med College WI is one of the best hospitals in many States. If I need an operation or any serious medical need this is where I would want to be taken. Your staff and doctors are stellar!! The facility is clean. Library, puzzles for waiting and coffee Great ideas! Although (2) out of 3 elevators were down that day in the cancer bldg ...not that big of a deal..things stop working good to know you are on top of it and fixing it.
Dr Ludwig is an excellent Doctor cares about his patients. Thank you for saving my life and others!!

I was very pleased with my entire experience. Dr Ludwig spent a lot of time reviewing the standard of care for my particular cancer and reviewed new studies which may result in changes to the current standard. I look forward to the Board's recommendations for my case. Many thanks to the Doctor and his Staff.

Outstanding work by the entire team, led by Dr. Ludwig. Direct admission from clinic to OR for emergency surgery
This was my first visit with Dr. Ludwig and the Clinic's Assistants.I felt very comfortable with each and every one. Dr. Ludwig answered every single question I had, fully and carefully explained my several options and suggested a plan that I'm comfortable with. I'm nervous about my immediate condition but I am very reassured, even on a first visit, by Dr. Ludwig and the other Clinic professionals.
