MCW has always provided the best medical care for me and my family.
I love this hospital
Scheduling staff worked hard to get me back in with a provider. Dr Corrao is an outstanding benign hematologist, and I'm glad she was able to take me on as a patient.
This provider was very thorough about my condition. She took a lot of time explaining everything to me in layman's terms. Glad to have a provider that can do that.
Good experience. Everything went very well from the time I checked in to the time I left .
The entire staff was pleasant and very understanding. It is very scary going into a cancer clinic but the amazing care of the staff and the amount of time which the Dr shared with me as well as the explanations she gave me about my issue and the comfort received was absolutely immeasurable in helping me to cope. I left feeling great!
Every single person I have met in the benign hematology department has been so incredibly kind and helpful. The two gals at the check-in counter are definitely my favorite part of my appointment. Both of them are just amazing at what they do, and they're amazing at making patients feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Carroa is so incredibly friendly and relaxed herself, as well - she takes the time to answer any questions and to form a game plan that she makes sure you're on board with.
Intro to new Doctor. Great appointment!
No home care involved. Lots of walking!
Doctor took her time with me and when I left my appt. Felt I had some answers to a difficult situation.
The wait time was very short less than five minutes, and the provider was very empathetic and explained things with great detail
The entire experience at the hematology department was wonderful. All staff were kind, helpful, patient. Dr. C offered up exceptional detailed information about my condition. Her manner was nice-engaging, patient with questions and affirming of all concerns I had about medication use related to blood clot risk. And to personally reach out to me regarding ultrasound results was awesome! Thanks to all!
Give 'em all a raise, starting with check-in, blood work, nurse - pleasant custodian who helped us manage your layout and if applicable the good doctor too. My final rating of 9 is only because there was only one 10 in my life and he died over 2,000 years ago -'er apologies to my wife, kinds and grandchildren.
The doctor listen to me and took me seriously and did recommendations based on my test results and my concerns related to those test results. I felt validated and cared for.
A nurse manager scheduled all my appointments yesterday and coordinated them very well. The doctor was very good at explaining things. She also took me early, so I didn't have to wait for my actual appointment time. I was very pleased.
Excellent explanation of my factor 5 and risk factors! Highly recommend this doctor!
