Very very up-to-date with my condition.

Its a long ride to West Bend for me but I would not want go any where else. Staff at the check in /out desks are welcoming. All the physicians, NPs, nurses, technicians I have interacted with in the Cancer Center have been professional, knowledgeable, personable and on time for my appointment with them. To date, I have never feel rushed and have always been encouraged to ask questions. Their knowledge and care has made it worth the drive.

Kristi Caddock showed me very little kindness or empathy. My cancer had just reoccurred and she treated me with little concern about my feelings. She did little to encourage me or to make me feel that they would look after me during my treatment. In short she showed little regard for me as a person.
