my only complaint is having to wait in line again to tell the receptionist I needed blood work that day. it seems redundant. other than that all of the staff was lovely.

DR. Sujeet was the second nephrologist I have seen in 6 months. The one with Aurora didn't seem to care about me as a patient. Didn't talk about or explain Kidney disease and was late (over 1/2 hour on last one) for all 3 of my appointments. Dr. Sujeet was knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I ask about. Was on time and didn't rush through the appointment. He is what a doctor should be.

very good service always and friendly

Staff, especially Nurses Assistants, were rude and disrespectful. Addressing a patient by his/her first name is never appropriate.
Sept. 26, 2019
I have done a lot of research on my condition and I felt respected and well listened to. I felt I was perceived as an active participant trying to help diagnose a very non-routine condition. I appreciated being heard and I appreciated the advice that was given. Because I felt I was heard, I was able to trust the advice that was given.
