Dr. Latosha Harper is amazing from her customer service, level of care & knowledge, communication and overall communication & concern for myself and daughter! She is by far the best Primary Care Physician that we have ever had! So sad to see her leave McKinley Health Center!

Dr. Harper was on of the best I've been to. Listens well and is non judgmental. Also the clinic has a phenomenal phlebotomist!

All staff I encountered were great. Dr. Harper was excellent and it was easily the best medical appointment I've ever had.

She is getting to the bottom of health issues that were present over the last ten years that were never brought to my attention nor referrals put in to seek further care. My experience with my primary care Dr Harper, is very reassuring to me for understanding my health condition and best treatments to have for my health issues. I feal very confident with my medical care with such an excellent medical professional and personable Doctor, Dr Harper.

Dr. Harper was amazing as always! I feel so comfortable and cared for whenever I see her. I also want to note that the woman who did my lab work made the experience quick and easy for me! Something that I especially care about with such a strong fear of blood and needles.

Dr. Harper was extremely helpful with my overall care. She was attentive to my concerns and explained my conditions and treatment thoroughly. She explained test result and educated me on my body with respect, care, and compassion. She also provided additional resources to assist me with my overall care. I'm appreciative of the level of care and expertise shown to me.

Dr. Harper was professional and easy to talk to, which I really appreciate. She explained in detail, provided visual, and included everything in the AVS as we discussed it to make sure neither she or I would forget what we were discussing. I'm most definitely will continue to be a patient of hers and recommend her to others.

The doctor does her research on everything. I can't try to sneak anything past her

The staff was great. The young lady checked me in, after 20 minutes of waiting, she asked if someone had spoken to me. I informed her no one. After a few minutes Dr. Harper's assistant came out. During check-in I did notice a board that indicated my wait would be slow. That information allowed to the opportunity to stay and wait or leave.Dr. Harper and the assistant apologized for the delay several times during my time with them. I understand situations arrive and knowing Dr. Harper she was probably through with th patients. I appreciate her style of communication.

Everything was great! Froedtert always exceeds my expectations.

Dr. Latosha Harper motivates me to be more proactive about my health. She explains in detail how my diet affects my high cholesterol and breaks down the numbers in ways that I can understand. She is EXCEPTIONAL, establishes great rapport and one of the BEST doctors I've had in over 10 years. I trust her to give me enough information to make BETTER health decisions.

Doctor is very conciencious and thorough.

I was nervous to receive a pap smear, but Dr. Harper explained every step that she was taking as she did it. This reduced my anxiousness significantly. Dr. Harper, the medical student, and the nurse were highly respectful, professional, and kind. Dr. Harper also took her time explaining the pain and issues I might experience after having a car accident that I was in a couple days prior. I never felt like the visit was rushed, I felt listened to, and I even learned things that I hadn't previously! I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes before Dr. Harper came into the room, but I think that's because she really takes her time with her patients and makes sure they understand. Id rather wait a few extra minutes and receive high-quality care, than have instant but poor quality care. Having had less than satisfactory experiences with health care professionals through my last provider, this visit was a breath of fresh air.

Wonderful experience and team. First time in awhile I feel like a Provider does not feel rushed for time, and is very present and in the moment with me.

I have never had as good an experience with going to the doctor as I have in the past year that I have been seeing doctor Harper. She is so fantastic, never makes me feel rushed or like I am not a priority. I have recommended her to others and am so happy to have her as my physician.
