The PA & NP were wonderful, caring & couldn't have been nicer. I will come back. I live about 90 miles away

Both LPN and PA Laura were prompt, very professional and listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with the service and care provided to me.

very easy to talk to and understand; offered a variety of options with her opinion of the best course of action; once that was decided, we thought it would take several days to get the procedure approved; however, the office called me back the next day with approval

i had fallen on my right arm when i tryed to get this doctor and other doctors to help me with my whole arm they just wanted to talk to me about one part of my arm even though I told them I hurt my whole arm in three places no one would address my problem.

I was very impressed with my visit to the ortho walk in clinic. I was seen quickly and everyone I talked to was empathetic with a great bed side manner (despite my pain, we laughed!). Most importantly, PA Laura was incredibly patient with me and explained information clearly. She respectfully addressed all of my concerns, no matter how trivial. I also appreciated her realistic "big picture" outlook on my condition to address my anxieties. Thank you, Laura!

Provider was very good to excellent for the specific problem for which I was seen. There is no way to judge a person's knowledge or expertise during one shorty visit
