I was totally happy with my experience. I had to make a same-day appointment and they accommodated me in every way. I did feel there were too many prompts when trying to get to the Opthamology department. I was never sure if I was getting to the right place.

The provider and nurse were great! Helpful and kind.

Tech and Doctor impressed me with eye contact when speaking to me, not talking while typing.

This care team was exceptional and their ability to work together to quickly diagnose my issue and communicate clearly to me what was happening the entire time is what I call world class healthcare!

My first visit to the Town Hall Eye clinic was a very positive, pleasant experience from the moment I walked in to leaving. My assistant & Dr Schnell were fantastic!

I completed this survey as POA for my mom. Mom has dementia and is not very mobile (unable to get her out of her wheelchair for appointments. Despite those challenges, the vision tech and doctor both did a great job working around these challenges and accomplishing the goals of this follow up visit. They showed great patience while working with mom despite these significant challenges. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you.

I am also very impressed with the women that work in the optical shop. They have been extraordinarily helpful and always professional.
