I asked him if I could explain my whole background and he wouldn't let me, just kept asking questions looking at his monitor and typing, waste of 4 months waiting and waste of a visit. it took 4 voicemails over 3 1/2 weeks to get an initial call back for an appointment. terrible experience

Dr. Lazzaro always treat you with respect and dignity. He speaks to you clearly in a manner that you can understand whether you're a medical person or not. He takes his time and explains to you any procedures that may need to be done. Excellent provider.

Dr Lazzaro is competent. I find he is reserved and very focused.

The doctor and his staff were timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I always receive superb care from Dr Lazarro and the staff. The unreasonably nice thing that happened this time was that I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, and the doctor told them to take me right away instead of making me wait. I'm guessing he postponed his lunch. There was absolutely no need for him to do that, but it was extremely kind and helpful to me.

His knowledge and communication are great. listens to me, comfortable to talk with, good eye contact, comes in prepared to meet with me, I am quite impressed with Dr. Lazzaro, and I have high expectations and very particular when choosing my medical providers. I would like to add here, the person who came into the room with me and reviewed my meds never made any changes I told her. so what was she supposed to be doing?? My medication list there is NOT up to date.

He explained my condition in terms I could understand, answered all my questions, did not rush through anything and explained my options and procedures needed. He did not pressure me in any way and allowed me to process the options. I felt confident in him and confident in my decision to go forward.

Takes time going over MRI results and showing images and comparing recent images to prior images.

*Dr. Lazzaro was very thorough & professional - I felt very comfortable talking with him and I have had a few other neurologists from Aurora.
