Dr Max Lee is an excellent surgeon and very personable. I was actually sad that this was our last appointment.
No delays in starting the appointment today. Also, for my appointment today, the registration staff, Dr. Lee, and his support staff were all top notch and professional in their work. Thank you
I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Lee spent time explaining and reassuring about an upcoming surgery. He was kind, patient, and understanding, as was all the staff. He allowed plenty time for questions. Everyone was professional and caring.
The care team and Dr. Max Lee were very compassionate and very good with details of issues and courtesy was a number one
I find Dr. Lee to be extremely condescending and arrogant. He comes off as annoyed with your questions and in a rush to get through your appointment. As a patient experiencing quite a bit of pain, it's very discouraging. Dr. Lee might wanna lose the godlike persona and humble himself a bit considering people are looking to him for help. Despite his skill as a surgeon, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. No one should have to endure his ego in their time of need.

Dr. Lee was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me in detail. The nurse practitioner and the nurse also were friendly and explained everything well. I was very impressed with everything at your facility.
Dr Lee listened to my concerns and was very supportive in my thoughts about treating my symptoms conservatively.
For an experienced neurosurgeon in high demand, I was not expecting Dr. Lee to be so patient and kind. He asked me what questions I had, explained everything thoroughly, and when I was done, he asked if I had any other questions or concerns.
Dr Lee is, and always has been, a very skilled neurosurgeon with an excellent bedside manner. Being in the medical field myself, he is at the top of his field in my opinion.
