Very pleased with the knowledgeable staff and clean facilities.

Dr Lee and staff were excellent, listened intently and asked questions to clarify anything they didn't understand. I was included in planning the next steps to add my health concern.

Got the impression that the doctor would rather have me get my care from the doctor that I had seen before him.

There's always a wait to see Dr Max Lee. Today I guess I was the reason since I was squeezed in for my appointment. I always find it hard to get in contact with the offices to make an appointment. Never know which is the correct phone number. It worked out.

Excellent care all around!

I felt very listened to by both the nurse practitioner and the doctor. My concerns were addressed thoroughly, and I was asked several times if I had any questions about both my health and the care plan.

Dr. Lee was extremely stressed out because of emergencies occurring very early in the day beyond his control. My appointment did not need any great amount of his time and he agreed on what I suggested for follow up with additional physical therapy for my poor posture, so no harm done by his spending a short amount of time with me. My improvement is up to me to work with the physical therapy team.

Dr Lee and his staff are the very best I have ever been cared for. Dr Lee is a superior surgeon and the time he took with me explaining my surgery was exemplary.

Dr. Lee is very helpful and kind. He takes time to help answer concerns and all questions. He is knowledgeable and clarify's things so I can understand. Excellent provider.!!

Dr. Lee is a great listener, empathetic and compassionate.

Dr. Lee and his PA sometimes come across as "matter of fact." I would appreciate more empathy or personal connection. I understand that they have many patients and limited time, and that professionalism is important. However, it would be nice to feel more of a personal connection. I understand that this is a subtle point. The most important thing is a successful surgery, and I have confidence that the doctor and his team will do a great job.

Excellent care

Dr. Lee has done 2 back surgery's for me in the past 2 years. I am so thankful for his exceptional level of skill and knowledge. He really cares about his patients!!

Dr. Lee's nurse practitioners was was excellent. She knew about my health issues and was very personal and friendly.

Dr Lee is always very professional and kind. He treats me respectfully, always answers any questions I have, helps me assess what my capablities are for various activities, and is very reassuring. By far, one of my all=time favorite doctors!
