The Opthomologist answered an extra question that occurred to me after I walked out of the office and came back. Plus when I had a question the next day and asked her to call me..she made the time to call me back. That is showing attention to the patients concerns and anxieties.

From the desk girl, nurse and doctor were all very polite, caring and had me feeling at ease. My first appointment for my burned eyes I heard the Dr ask the nurse how my eyes looked before walking in. She replied round, it was something so small and silly it made me momentarily forget about the pain I was in. This will definitely be my new go to optometrist for sure. Their quick, explain or print out anything you have concerns about and friendly. Never did I feel uncomfortable or out of place even my first meeting. Thank you to all the staff
