Dr Salinger always provides excellent care.
June 27, 2019
We waited for Dr. Salinger for nearly 1 hour in the exam room. If patients are expected to wait that long scheduling is the problem and should be dealt with in the future.

Very concerned with the possible outcome of a recent TAVR procedure. The team conferred with many of my doctors.

Very friendly & easy to understand.

It's hard to answer some of the questions as I was there for tests and consultations pre aortic valve replacement. All the people I was in contact with couldn't have been nicer!

At this time, we had only one visit with Dr. Salinger.

Services provided by this doctor and his staff are specific. General health is not their treatment.

I am very pleased with all the care I have received at the Froedtert clinics. Staff is excellent in all aspects of care.

He took a long time to spend with me and described clearly my problem and gave me the options I have for treatment.

Good listener, provided a good overview of my current cardio - condition & defined the THVR process lucidly and with sensitivity.

Medical care was good (MDs). Other things did not go as well.
Left messages for 2 days for scheduler. She was off but there was no message that she was off. Apparently, no on else was monitoring the phone messages. I should have been the first one called on the 3RD day, but I had to call her. There was confusion as to whether the procedure was going to be cancelled or not <48 hours prior to the event. Eventually, it was back on @ a much earlier time with a different doctor. LOTS of unneeded stress. The pre-procedure Hibiclens and pre-op information came on the day he LEFT the hospital. The immediate post-op information came 1 week after the fact. Hardly useful at that point.

Dr. Michael Salinger was God sent to us. What a wonderful, kind, caring doctor. Thank you.
