the Dr is always nice and asks questions about my family and personal activities that help me understand that he listens and remembers my life and life style outside of a hospital visit

when I came for my apt the first time I was sent home and told there wasn't an apt in the schedule. something happened between getting my apt and registering. I I'd to ciome back a month later when I could get another day off work. when I got to apt , it took med assistant way too long to try and populatemy epic data in froedert s database from auroas.

Doctor listens to my problems, orders appropriate tests, or does referrals as needed. I can tell my Doctor is very smart and cares about me as a person and about my health. When I have had health problems and have contacted the office, someone responds quickly. I can tell my Doctor is up to date on all the latest scientific literature. I have a really good relationship with my Doctor.

WE had no directions of where to go. Just Froedtret which we found and then it was a maze with no directions. Went to wrong building , then directed to the correct building. Parked in ramp and then guess where to go. Asked house keeping and she took us to Dr.'s office. The way out was just another guess and we got lucky. We were told we would get an information packet, never did. This wasn't the Dr.'s problem, but he was concerned that we had no informatin.

He is very kind and made me feel very comfortable. As did his nurse. I really like them both very much.
