The nurses and test persons along with Dr. Esmaili were so nice, professional but yet personable. Dr Esmaili is very thorough and explained my issues where I understood. Great experience.

This was my first time visiting Froedtert. World Class organization - very happy from the volunteer greater, registrar, technician and Dr. Campus is HUGE and confusing but not sure how you can correct that - construction made finding clinic a challenge

I have worked with Dr Ismaili for several years on my eye care. She is friendly and shares a great interest in my care. During each visit, there is a review of past treatment and how we will proceed with the present care. I have great confidence in her as a professional.

Through the whole process from consult to surgery to follow up doctor was excellent at keeping me informed of what to expect and reassuring when I needed a bit extra. Dr. Esmaili is just wonderful beyond words. She is so patient, kind, understanding, a great listener, caring, gentle and explaining things so easy for me to understand. You know when you come and see a doctor it's for something of concern and she helped me understand what was going on, discussed the plan and let me know if for any reason I can contact the office for further assistance. I know I'm not alone and that she truly cares. The receptionists that checked me in for my appointment we so kind and had smiles on their faces and the staff member that put me in an exam room was so kind and friendly and was a great listener and really cared for me. Thank you to everyone for making me feel comfortable and well cared for. It doesn't go unnoticed and it is more appreciated that you might realize. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service and personable

Dr. Esmaili is very thorough, very knowledgeable, very patient, and very kind!

I was very pleased with the process and results of my upper blepharoplasty with the only exception being that Dr. Esmaili forgot to check the box on the pre-estimate form to include browplexy.

Dr Esmaili spent extra time showing me how exactly to do what she wanted me to do at home. So much easier to understand than simply being told what to do.

Dr. Esmali and her staff were all absolutely wonderful! From the gal that checked me in, to the nurse that took me back to the exam room, to the student doctor and to Dr. Esmali everything was great. Everyone was very kind, patient, respectful, great listeners and made me feel like they cared about me and the concern that brought me in. I feel like everyone took their time to ask their questions of me as well as answer questions that I had. I felt really good during the entire appointment.
