This was my first visit with Dr. Esmaili (referral). I read reviews before my appointment, and they were all very positive. My experience was the same. She was very welcoming, answered all of my questions, asked me questions about issues/symptoms I hadn't even thought of. She addressed the primary reason for my visit (testing for TED) , and in the end she referred me to a dry eye specialist. She is both friendly and professional, and very easy to speak with. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again if necessary.

Overall, I have been pleasantly surprised by the care I have been given by care providers affiliated with Froedtert Medical staff & other personnel who have helped me (ie getting appointments, check-in etc). I feel that Dr. Esmaili is one of the top 3 care providers that I have seen in the past 10 years! I would highly recommend her based on her willingness to spend time answering all of my questions without making me feel like I was being rushed out the door, she instantly made me feel comfortable talking about my health concerns & she offered her expert advice with compassion.

Dr Esmaili was excellent to work with. She was approachable, friendly and confident. Never felt rushed or pressured and she explained options well. Surgical skills are clearly very good because my procedure went smoothly and painlessly and my eyelids look and function like they did years ago. Thanks Dr Esmaili!

This was my first time visiting Froedtert. World Class organization - very happy from the volunteer greater, registrar, technician and Dr. Campus is HUGE and confusing but not sure how you can correct that - construction made finding clinic a challenge

Dr. Esmaili is just wonderful beyond words. She is so patient, kind, understanding, a great listener, caring, gentle and explaining things so easy for me to understand. You know when you come and see a doctor it's for something of concern and she helped me understand what was going on, discussed the plan and let me know if for any reason I can contact the office for further assistance. I know I'm not alone and that she truly cares. The receptionists that checked me in for my appointment we so kind and had smiles on their faces and the staff member that put me in an exam room was so kind and friendly and was a great listener and really cared for me.
