Not only is it imperative for patients to be well educated about their disease processes, but it is similarly important for physicians to be educated about their patients. Only after this has been accomplished can an informed decision be made regarding the proper course of treatment. Outstanding. Tell HR to hang on to this group if they want to get return Patients and future new Patients.
When I arrived, the sign showed my doctor running 45 minutes late. The x-ray team got me in right away. They were very friendly and professional. Despite the sign, I saw the PA close to the time I was scheduled and saw my surgeon shortly after.
The provider and his assistant were excellent, once we saw them. However, the wait time was extraordinarily long at nearly 3 hours from arrival to departure. This is inexcusable.
