Dr Klausmeier and staff are helpful, kind and professional. They are efficient but I never feel rushed. Dr K asks thoughtful questions and delves into my concern to help me make decisions about my health. She is always very positive about my successes and encourages me to set goals and make changes to improve my health. I am thankful to have such a caring team of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Klausmeier, while being very efficient with her time, still makes patients feel like they matter, spends the time necessary to address questions, seems to remember topics we discussed last time so that we can follow progress this time, and offers practical direction and responses.
