Dr. Foy is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in the Division of Hematology and Oncology. He specializes in the treatment of classical hematologic conditions, with expertise in evaluation of abnormal blood counts, bleeding disorders, blood clotting and vascular anomalies. His research focuses on management of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) and medical education.
A native of Milwaukee, he graduated from the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University in Chicago in 2004. He then completed an internal medicine residency and Hematology-Oncology fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He is a distinguished educator who has won multiple teaching awards while at MCW.
