The scheduling department needs a lot of work. I worked through it with the clinic manager but had to spend much ore time than it should have.

Dr. Ritch does not prepare for visits and gas missed important medical information that I have had to follow up on. little positivity. when dealing with stage 4 pancreatic cancer it's very important your oncologist knows your information. I feel this provider is walking the wave to retirement.
