Dr. P was swift, thorough, educational, and very comforting. He was patient with understanding my concern and explaining what I needed to know.

Answers to questions are what I like and need most. I felt Dr. P gave me as many as he could. I know my case is different than the norm, but straight forward answers help the most. I suppose some might use answers for adverse purposes, but not me. Maybe the answers are not what I want to hear. Maybe at times the answers are not there and can not be provided, but I can't help feeling something terrible is around the corner or left to search the internet (a bad idea for the untrained) seeking information are not helpful. Straight forward, honest answers are at least reassuring.

overall, everything was great

Everything went very smoothly and I was treated with kindness and courtesy by everyone.

I am very impressed with the level of care and concern that Dr. P shows and provides. He has gone out of his way to help me and show care and concern. Dr P is fantastic and I'm very grateful that he is my Dr.

He was very nice.

EXCEPT FOR LONG WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA, ALL WAS VERY GOOD AND NOT A REAL PROBLEM. JUST DON'T LIKE TO MAKE MY FRIEND WHO DRIVES ME HAVE TO TAKE SO MUCH OF HER TIME. YOUR PERAONNEL ARE ALL GREAT.

For the first time in a long time, my experience in dealing with this recurrent corneal erosion was a positive one thanks to the care and attention I was given by the Froedtert medical professionals that saw me. I finally felt heard and seen when describing my symptoms and walked away with an enormous amount of gratitude from the care that I received. I was fortunate to have been able to be seen on such short notice and each person I interacted with showed compassion and expertise in the field. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one despite the symptoms I was experiencing. I am deeply grateful.

I was referred from another ER with a painful eye injury and immediately the nurse was so kind to me. I was in agony and couldn't open my eyes so she took my hand and led me to the room. She reassured me they would help and was extremely empathetic. The doctor was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and aware of the steps needed to determine the severity of my injury. I was so impressed with his kindness and how invested he seemed in my wellbeing. In the end I got some short term good news and relief from my pain as well as a plan for future care.I could not be more thankful for these people. Their level of care and compassion will not be forgotten.

Dr. Pourhessini personally reached out to the doctor for my next treatment of care and by the time I walked in my front door that doctor was calling me to schedule an appointment. Dr. Pourhessini had done that for my previous surgery just six months ago and I was able to see that doctor the next day and surgery happened shortly afterwards. I appreciate, so very much, having Dr. Pourhessini as my doctor. He's so kind and knowledgeable and guides me through all my eye care. I feel so confident with him as my doctor for such an important part of my health care, my vision.
