Dr Kenny is a very good doctor. He helps put things I don't understand about me or if it's something I ask him about in a way that I can understand. He is patient and I truly believe he has always giving me his best advice and help that I could receive. The questions I answered about the virtual audio and video does not reflect on Dr Kenny. I do seem to have issues with audio and it's not just him. As well a video freezing up. Again not just my appointments with him. Also it would be great if some how it didn't freeze when you get an incoming call. It seems to never fail that I get a spam call during my virtual visits and logging back in can be an issue or reconnecting.
