Meeting with Dr. Chisholm was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider in my entire life. He was heartless, rude, and had no bedside manners. He had not read my chart ahead of time, had no idea why I was there, was arrogant, and got mad at me when I pointed out things that he did not know about me because he had not read my chart. His ego caused him to react defensive, which was disrespectful and childish. I left the appointment feeling as though I was not heard and that a condition I suffer from on a daily basis was meaningless. I was worse off in my journey to healing that before the appointment. I would never recommend him to anyone else. The appointment was traumatic.
Dr. Chisholm is a good listener with a calm demeanor. He is understanding of my condition & the challenges it brings. I appreciate the helpful tips he shares w/me to make these challenges a bit easier to face & live with. I'm grateful he is my doctor. Thank you.
Doc was 30 min late. No apology for running late. Seemed annoyed with seeing me.
Always have a good experience here. Providers listen well and are very knowledgeable, I never feel rushed or hurried. Even as important is the respect n kindness I feel from them.
Everyone was respectful and polite.
