Rachel is always very professional, and spent the time needed with me to explain the procedure and my upcoming surgery.

Racheal was awesome, she listened to me when I was explaining what was happening to me. She offered many different options and she agreed with the option I chose. Her athletic trainer was great, also great was the young woman who took me to the small changing area.

Dr. Krueger is the best! She showed compassion and I left feeling hopeful about my care! Thank you, Thank you!!!

The Receptionist was very sweet & Friendly! Super quick and knowledgeable about Insurance questions! My XRay Technologist was amazing and wonderful to work with!! She was so gentle and perky and caring!! She put me at ease immediately! I have worked with Rachael when I came in for my Left hip a couple years ago. She is just as wonderful as I remembered! Charming, Knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with ease! She explained everything thoroughly! Rachael's nurse was awesome as well! He got all pertaining information with regards to my upcoming surgery for my right hip. He walked me back to the scheduler who was great as well! What a wonderful group of people working together! I bet they all have fun working together!

I came in with some concerns about my recovery progress and Ms Krueger was patient and comprehensive in walking me through my issues and proposing a good course of next steps. I left feeling relieved and optimistic for a full recovery. I am very grateful for her care and attention. Excellent experience.

Provider was top notch, listened carefully to what I told her, and asked appropriate questions. She made sure all of my questions were answered and was pleasant to talk to.
