Both the doctor and her Fellow were great. I thought the Fellow was excellent!
Made me feel as She would answer any questions- no rushing!
I have the best people for my care.
We couldn't have a better Doctor than Dr.Kursel. We look forward to every appointment.
She listened and asked questions about your overall care.
Dr. Kursel is wonderful to work with, as are the other doctors and my nurse case managers at Froedtert! The miles of travel to get there are great, but for me, they are well worth the trip to get there.
Very friendly and efficient nurse and physician is excellent in establishing rapport and communication
Great Dr.
The entire Advanced Heart Failure Team at Froedtert is outstanding in every way
Everything was outstanding. I cannot be more satisfied that I switched from Mercy to Froedtert. Staff was excellent.
Dr. Kursel is very attentive & compassionate. She truly wants what's best for her patients. Explains things very well. She is very reassuring
I realize that giving all fives in different surveys can sometimes be suspect and nullify the entire survey. However, I've always had a very positive experience with Dr. Kursel along with the MAs and front office staff. What more can I say about Dr. Kursel that I haven't already said. She is the only doctor I actually look forward to seeing. She is kind, funny and my absolute favorite description would be: benevolent. All of those characteristics seem to be less common in the medical field lately, probably because of staff shortages, burnout and the COVID-19 disaster.I could tell she really personalizes my care and remembers details about our conversations without having to refer to MyChart.I am a pretty complicated patient because I have so many other conditions, whether it's physical or mental, and I know she does her homework and spends a lot of time reading the endless notes, tests and labs from other providers as well. (Even from many different hospital organizations from out of the country and my rheumatologist who doesn't use MyChart ~but a different EMR organization)I'm always such a mess and feel very vulnerable during our visits, but her genuine empathy instead of infantilizing my situation has been so reassuring. As I've said before, she is one of the greatest assets to Froedtert Hospital and the medical field in general. Please give her a raise if you haven't already lately. :)
I recommend Dr. Kursel to family members & friends all the time. Dr. Kursel is top notch!!!!!
Every provider that helped me from the beginning up to now was excellent on my journey with my Heart transplant love them all
