My experience as a patient has always been excellent. From checkin at desk, to nurse preliminary checks, to doctors contact was great. All questions and concerns were addressed.

I think this is a survey for Dr. O'Connor, since this is the last doctor I saw. He is a wonderful doctor and I am so thankful that he is my urologist . He is very nice, always listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and explains everything in a way I can totally understand. I trust Dr. O'Connor, with my care. Thank you!

Again, Dr. O'Connor is a highly skilled doctor. I have a high level of respect for him. But, I am not happy with the service received by his staff when communicating through emails via MyChart. They have provided incorrect answers which have negatively affected my care. In those cases, I had to request that they forward my questions and information to Dr. O'Connor. Prior to that, they did not forward or consult him. This is unsatisfactory medical service by Dr. O'Connor's staff.
Extremely impressed with Dr. OCONNOR. He is direct and to the point, a good listener, and supportive in meeting the needs of the patient.
