Rholanda Palmer always listens to everything I say. She takes my concerns seriously and makes a plan to address them. I feel seen and heard when I am in her office.

Always on time. Never feel rushed.

Rolonda is fantastic. I have already recommended her to my young adult daughters as well as to several friends, because she has a great bedside manner- ie speaks to patient in a respectful, professional manner, explaining things using common language- but without making the patient feel that they are being talked down to or spoken to like a child. She also checks for understanding after sharing information/explaining, and ensures the patient is an active participant in making decisions regarding fhejr own care.

Rolanda Palmer provided excellent care, she is explains & discusses issues and care options, Cal Ng with providing extra written information to take home for education and follow-up actions. The assistant that came in to start the appt, and again at the end to administer a pneumonia vaccine, was also caring & profession. And lastly, the lab technician was also patient oriented and did an efficient and painless blood draw. I would highly recommend the medical personnel and the clinic.
