It was one of the best and most informative appointments I have ever had. The Fellow was excellent and Dr. Franco is my best and favorite doctor.

I'm not real knowledgeable when it comes to technology. Had trouble connecting and had visual but no sound so Dr. Franco called my cell phone allowing us to have sound with the visual. Don't know what I did wrong but I liked having the convenience of a virtual visit.

First visit with Dr Franco. She was awesome and provided many different options for my treatment. Listened well to all my concerns.

Dr. Franco was excellent. She was very thorough with her explanations regarding my RLS and current research practices about medications. She provided several options for me to explore to treat my RLS. I trust her completely and am so grateful to have found her. She was patient, understanding and took the time to answer my questions/ concerns. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Franco is an amazing Pulmonologist. She explains the disease process thoroughly, giving treatment plan options that work. Prior MD's that treated me did not.

Dr Franco is a GREAT Dr. She understands and listens well to my current problems with Parkinson's Disease and my Lung/Breathing process. Dr Franco said that all is going well and released me from continual care. If ever I have a Pulmonary problem - to reach out to her.

I have experienced care at 5 different adult CF clinics and this one is exceptional. The way they work together and with other specialties, the way they work to ease my treatment burden or find something new/different that will work for me and my life is excellent. It is surprising how often their care comes up in conversation and my gratefulness for the opportunity to be cared for here.

We discussed masks and settings. She gave me a new mask kit. The mask is showing promise. This was most helpful.
