About

Dr. Franco joined the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network in 2003. She provides clinical care, is the associate director of the adult cystic fibrosis program and is a nationally known expert in sleep disorder care. Additionally, she is actively involved in teaching at the Medical College of Wisconsin and training future physicians in residency and fellowship programs. As part of this, she directs the training of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellows.

Dr Franco is very thorough and excellent at explaining the plan of care and why that is her plan as well as including you in it.She doesn't rush you. She is very compassionate.
Dr Franco explained everything in a way we could understand. Answered all our questions. Ordered a nebulizer with a compressor & medication. She also ordered a vest for treatment but have not received that. She also ordered an overnight sleep test which I have to call the sleep lab back & set up
Dr Rose Franco is an awesome communicator and listener.
Dr Franco is the best. Her time is in high demand and yet she consistently makes herself available either personally or through her nurses. She treats me like a true partner in my care, but doesn't sugar coat facts that need to be addressed.
Dr referred me to a Dr for further help with my sinus issues of which I am grateful.
