I really appreciate the concern that was shown to me by Sean Veenendaal. He was courteous and personable when he walked into the room and introduced himself. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem I was having. Then he carefully explained to me (using language I could understand) what might be happening with my knee. I didn't feel "rushed" during my appointment with him. (It makes me angry when I feel like I'm on an assembly line when a doctor rushes in and out of the room during my visit.)
