Attended University Wisconsin Madison graduating May 2000 Bachelors Science Physician Assistant. I worked 6 years in General and Vascular Surgery. I transitioned to OB/GYN in West Bend and Hartford Nov 2006-July 2021, and started at Medical College of Wisconsin Aug 2021. I have been active in Global Health traveling to several countries to provide medical care in undeserved areas, and have a passion for medical ethics. I enjoy running, traveling, reading and spending time with my husband, 3 boys and 2 dogs.

I appreciated the discussion surrounding the issue I presented for. The follow up was exactly as we discussed in our visit. Shawn was a fantastic provider and I would have zero hesitation scheduling another visit with her if needed.

I want to thank my provider for being so sensitive to my emotions during this difficult process that may not look like a difficult process compared to others. As a nurse I know it's hard to be emotionally sensitive for each patient all day long, so her doing so really makes a difference. She is definitely in the right field and I want to say thank you.

I was told I had a miscarriage and it was very emotional for me and my husband. Staff was very supportive, sensitive, and explained all my options to me. The situation was horrible but the staff made it easier.

She was amazing answering all questions that I had and communicating everything that was being done during my exam
