You can tell Dr Pannu is a good doctor. She's very knowledgeable, personable and kind. The low rating is mostly due to the feeling of being rushed. It takes time to develop deep relationships and it was only my first visit. It was very short and procedural. I just think it's an effect of the health care system trying to get as many people in and out as possible because of the shortage of medical provider and staff. I'm a healthy person and because I don't have a diagnosable illness I expect not to receive the same amount of time spent on me and I get it. But because of that going to the doctor isn't something I enjoy. I think the administrative staff was very nice and the way in which the building is set up is super efficient.

This was really just a "get to know you" appt. I was not being seen for any health care concerns. Just to establish doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Pannu and her assistant were so very friendly, yet professional. I'm a happy new patient!

My time with Dr. Pannu was wonderful - she Is a great listener - now I am just waiting for the referral office to call and get another appointment set to help with my snoring and sleep apnea. Thank you

This was a fantastic visit and the doctor addressed my concerns in a sweet and professional manner. I didn't know until I arrived to check in that unfortunately she was not in my network as I thought she was. It was worth it though to still she her. What a gem in the community.

Dr Sheeba Pannu was extremely thorough, approachable, knowledgeable, and took time to listen and review all needs. Highly recommend!

I appreciated how the doctor listened to me, understood where I was speaking from, and related to the points I was making. I also appreciated she didn't beat me up' mentally for needing to lose weight.

Dr. Pannu is wonderful. Easy to talk to and shows genuine concern for the patient.

My only complaint was the wait time int he exam room for the doctor. It was easily 20 minutes after the nurse left and before the doctor came in. But I absolutely love my doctor. I'm sure she takes time with all her patients like she does with me. So I'm willing to wait.

I was very pleased with my experience.
