The care, courtesy, respect of the team at the clinic is amazing. Never feel rushed. Feel like my care is in the best hands possible. Have complete faith and trust in staff. Team takes time to discuss things with me and answer my questions. Provide options and information for me. Feel well cared for.Want to bring to your attention there was an incident at the front desk between two coworkers while I was In the waiting room. One lady kept saying to another Coworker "stop staring at me" over and over again, voice kept getting louder. Appeared she instructed another Coworker to leave the area. Coworker being spoken to remained quiet and calm, handled it well and left the area. It's understandable conflict happens, but this conversation/incident should've been taken to private area. Thank you

Extremely caring and helpful

I felt Dr. Eichenseer was very invested in my care; I have only seen this level of concern in one or two other doctors. She took time to explore all the options available, and discussed multiple pathways we could use to be successful.

Dr Eichenseer is great. Listens and answers all questions. Very thorough.

I did not feel like I was being rushed out of the office. Treatment and the change in medication was made very clear.

The doctor had two assistants today, and we felt he had an excellent checkup. At one point, everyone was laughing-and that was so nice to hear. Dealing with Parkinson's, we don't often hear a roomful of laughter.

Dr. Eichenseer is a caring, excellent doctor. She is interested in my concerns and listens when I explain issues I am having. She carefully explains decisions and includes me in the decision making process. All doctors need to be this thorough and understanding.

Had to cancel my first appointment. They called me 3 times to reschedule. Thankfully I was able to come on the third try. They said they would understand if I said no again because the appointment time fell on my birthday. I said I can make it and I'm very grateful. Thanks to Doctor and everyone working in that office that made sure I got in there.
