Very positive experience. Took time and actually listened and answered questions. Did not seemed rushed and took time to explained upcoming test that would be needed.

The assistant and doctor were both very nice. They both helped me find the right solution to my problems

This was our first visit. My son and I had the best eye exams ever! We love Dr.Patel and her staff. I am extremely grateful we found a provider like you especially given my son's condition.
Dr. Patel was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took to the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them within session.

Very good process .. Timing between handoffs could be tightened up a bit

This was my first experience with getting an eye exam in my entire life so I was a little nervous going in. Both the assistant and the doctor did excellent jobs to keep me calm and make it a pleasant experience. I still don't like eye drops and putting things in my eyes but they made the experience as a whole very fantastic and I won't be so nervous for my next eye exam

Dr Patel and staff were awesome. In time, knowledgeable, kind, and solved my issue. Highly tecommend
Dr. Patel is amazing! She was concerned for my overall well being not just my eye health. She talked with me and LISTENED to my responses. She even asked about my mental health which was a first for me. I will be recommending her to everyone.

I waited a while between the time the nurse left and the doctor came in. When she did, she rushed through the rest of my appointment because they were behind. Dr Patel did not listen to my concerns and seemed irritated when I explained why I was bringing them up. This was my first appointment with her and I would not go back.
