Really liked the care and treatment I received from both Dr Gardiner and her medical assistant. The degree of disinterest I received from the check-in staff was palpableand the first and only time I was treated this way by any Froedtert staff.

I know doctors are busy, but it was over an hour from my appointment time when I finally did see the doctor. I wish I would've been told there was a delay seeing the physician. First, I saw the assistant, I guess, taking my vitals. Then I saw another person, but I'm not sure exactly what her title was. She did not arrive until much later. Then the doctor arrived over an hour after my appointment time. I would have appreciated knowing there was a delay.The doctor did spend a lot of time with me, however. I did appreciate that. She was patient and explained in detail my condition. She also provided her written explanation.

I was very impressed with the care that I got. So grateful. The team did a great job.

Listened to my background patiently. I was able to interject with additional information as it occurred to me. Felt very comfortable around the doctor and her staff.

Dr. Gardner did an excellent job of reading the results of the CT and explaining them to me. Together we came up with a plan of action for the next six months. And scheduled a test before the next six months visit. She was very positive about everything. I was very happy with the visit. I Would highly recommend her to others.

Very challenging to get an appt less than 7 mos away and not have the appt be rescheduled. Dr Gardiner is a thorough physician and is very personable and respectful so I don't want to switch.

Great personnel. Doctor Gardner is an amazing and caring heart specialist. The staff are always friendly.
