very professional, very respectful and had a great sense of humor.

The entire staff is always upbeat, cheerful and easy to talk to. I've never been kept waiting. Dr. Peterson is personable, easy to talk to and I don't feel rushed. That is very important to me.

Took the time to explain how to reduce the situation from happening again and to become more haelthy

The doctor, receptionist and staff did an excellent job taking care of my needs and listening to my problems.
Nov. 13, 2019
Dr. Peterson took over as my cardiologist when Dr. Ptacin retired and not only have I been extremely satisfied, I have recommended him to others.
Nov. 13, 2019
I expressed concerns medication was having on me and felt those concerns were dismissed with advise to go see another doctor...even though I have had research showing these medications have effects I was experiencing. The specialist points me to primary care and primary care points me to the specialist... very frustrating for me the patient. Not to mention expensive with all the copays. why can't physicians consult as a team to provide better care for the patient? Isn't that what your medical records (EMRs) we're supposed to help facilitate?

Everyone was pleasant, courteous, and acted in a professional way.

Dr. Peterson is very caring and easy to talk to, an excellent listener. I have never felt nervous about asking him questions, and he explains things thoroughly. I have seen 4 different cardiologists over the years and he is the one I have learned the most from and have the most confidence in. The others were good, but Dr. Peterson is the best.

I don't like the "my chart" notifications. re: appointments & etc. They could just text that they want to reschedule & we could call them & do it.

Thorough, friendly, caring

Very competent and caring physician

Dr. Peterson's discussion about the importance of exercise as part of the overall treatment plan was creative, encouraging, motivating, thoughtful, and included a touch of humor. Thank you.

The provider was direct, honest, courteous and very respectful. He looked directly at me during our conversation and not at the computer. I appreciated that very much.
Aug. 13, 2019
I have full faith in Dr. Peterson and his concern for my well being.

Third question above left blank because I'm not healthy and never will be again. However, Dr. Peterson, in addition to being thorough and obviously competent, did give advice to minimize problems and prevent further deterioration. It was near the end of the day, but he did not rush through the appointment and answered all questions and concerns.

This was just a routine visit, with no problems to report. I appreciate that Dr. Peterson took the right amount of time to basically confirm that my cardiac health is good. That's all I needed and he treated me appropriately and clearly would have taken more time had I needed it.

Dr. Peterson is very careful to answer all my questions and is proactive in finding solutions to health problems.

He saved my life.

This provider replaced a previous physician I had seen who had very poor followup. I relocated from another part of the state, and very much miss the quality care I had there.

Very knowledgeable, good listener, NOT crabby - I DON'T like crabby doctors!

To clarify re my visit w/ Dr. Peterson, pls know this was my FIRST visit. Thus, for instance: yes, he prescribed tests, but, no, no feedback yet because I haven't even taken the tests yet.

*Dr. Peterson was very good at explaining my problems to me and my son!
