I recommend Froedtert to everyone and have written extensively about the professionalism and quality care received at Froedtert , on social media.Tiffany was excellent.Answered every question I had and made me feel like I was an actual person.So many healthcare people talk at you and not to you.I have not experienced this at Froedtert at all.Everyone listens, answers questions and explains everything.I actually feel at Froedtert, like I'm involved in my own healthcare.When you're suffering from a bad accident, surgery and recovery. It's hard to feel like you're in control of much.So. Feeling like you're part of your own healthcare makes a huge difference in the psychological part of recovery.Off subject but important. When checking in at the professional building on Doyne to see Tiffany.I saw a big sign stating that racism is a threat in our community and what Froedtert is actively doing to make sure Froedtert is meeting the needs of everyone you serve and leading change in your community.That meant so much to me.As if I couldn't have loved Froedtert more!Thank you!
