Dr Loy is wonderful. As is the man I saw before Dr Loy. Sorry I forgot his name and title.

One of the best experiences I've had seeing a doctor.

Dr. Loy is a wonderful doctor who expresses sincere care for her patients. She is obviously intelligent and knowledgeable, but her warmth and kindness set her apart. I respect her tremendously.

Anytime I have been there, it's been consistently excellent and professional yet with an air of positivity.

The virtual visit is perfect for routine follow-up with the doctor. Please keep this going as an option for patients! Thank you for all you do.

The physician and physicians assistant were very caring and nice. The nurse that took my vitals was very cold. She never once smiled. My wife noticed the same thing.

The phone triage nurses are the best! Always make me feel like I am their only patient and never make me feel like my concerns are trivial or like they are rushed to do something else.Dr. Loy follows thru on Issues and offers assistance and explanations for my concerns. I am blessed to have them for my team!
