Everything is OK and I really recommend Dr V Loy to family and friends
The physician and physicians assistant were very caring and nice. The nurse that took my vitals was very cold. She never once smiled. My wife noticed the same thing.
Very polite, professional and friendly treatment for my feelings and respect for the procedure I was undergoing to answer questions.
I felt very comfortable and felt all the people I seen that first visit were excellent and took my issues seriously. The correct tests I believe were ordered and I just want to feel like my own self as I did in 2020
The phone triage nurses are the best! Always make me feel like I am their only patient and never make me feel like my concerns are trivial or like they are rushed to do something else.Dr. Loy follows thru on Issues and offers assistance and explanations for my concerns. I am blessed to have them for my team!
Dr. Loy is always a professional. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She always cares about me as a patient. Very pleased that she is my provider.

I was very impressed with Dr. Loy, she was prompt, dug into my history and records quickly, gave me good information concerning, my health issues, Advised me about a good diet program. She is also very pleasant and easy to talk with, she makes a patient feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a very caring Doctor.
She and her staff were very accommodating when I was having problems with my computer so I couldn't do the virtual visit because of MY computer issues. Dr. Loy graciously phoned me so we could discuss my health issue.
Dr. Victoria Loy is so nice and truly cares about me. Answered all questions and wasn't in a hurry to get out of the office. I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor.
Dr Loy has been a Godsend. My previous Dr zipped in and out of the office and didn't even give me the time to ask questions much less answer them. Dr Loy takes her time explaining things and allows me to talk to her about my issues and settles down about my concerns. She is great !!!
