If I’m a patient at both the East Johnson Clinic and ThedaCare Medical Center, will I have one health record?
Both ThedaCare and the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health network use the same electronic medical record system. Patient records at the medical center and the clinic, though separate, can be connected to make it easy for your care team to collaborate regardless of your location. The care teams work hard to ensure communication among teams is timely and seamless, including any specialists to whom you may be referred. Patients can access their medical record via MyChart for services provided at East Johnson Clinic, and via MyThedaCare for services provided at ThedaCare Medical Center.
